The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), in support of Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I), Navy Command and Control Program Office (PMW 150), on behalf of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Improved Link Eleven (NILE) Nations is conducting a market survey to determine the interest and capability of Industry to provide continuous delivery, improvement, deployment and monitoring of the Link 22 Software System.

The closing date for proposals is 4 March 2026, 1000, PST (Pacific Standard Time), and proposals must be submitted by email to the Contracting Officer, Sarah Murr ([email protected]) and the Contracting Specialist, Abby Smith (abigail.l.smith65.civ@us.navy.mil). Any proposals submitted directly to the NILE PMO will be deleted without opening, to maintain the integrity of the procurement.
The deadline for questions is 1000 PST, 18 February 2026. All comments or questions relating to the Mobile Test System RFI, please contact Abby Smith (abigail.l.smith65.civ@us.navy.mil).
