Mobile Test System RFI

The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), in support of Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I), Navy Command and Control Program Office (PMW 150), on behalf of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Improved Link Eleven (NILE) Nations is conducting a market survey to determine the interest and capability of Industry to provide a Link 22 Mobile Test System.

The closing date for proposals is 3 May 2024, 1000, PST (Pacific Standard Time), and proposals must be submitted by email to the Contracting Specialist, Julie Ward ([email protected]). Any proposals submitted directly to the NILE PMO will be deleted without opening, to maintain the integrity of the procurement.
The deadline for questions is 1500 PST, 25 April 2024. All comments or questions relating to the Mobile Test System RFI, please contact Jules Ward ([email protected]).
The Performance Work Statement (PWS) for this RFI is Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and will not be made publicly available. In order to obtain access to the PWS, each company will be required to demonstrate that it has: a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code (or NATO CAGE code for foreign companies).
